Part Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including part descriptions, conditions, and pricing. CarTruckPart.com provides AI-powered tools to assist with listing creation, but sellers must verify all information.
Warranty Terms

Returns & Refunds
Parts may be returned within 30 days of receipt in the same condition as delivered. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned part. See our warranty page for warranty-related returns.
Limitation of Liability
CarTruckPart.com is not liable for damages resulting from the use of parts purchased through our platform. Installation should be performed by qualified mechanics. Always verify part compatibility before installation.
